Miraculous Milan

Walking around in Milan under the wonderful - but for me a bit too hot - Italian sun I decided to have a cup of real cappucino in a small art cafe close to the Plaza di Gotzo. Interestingly there was an exhibition of young, talented artists of the Milan Academy of Arts.

Most of the artwork showed a potential of some sort but one of the young men had truly created a strong vision of his own. While the naif artist Antonio Ligabue found 27 different tints of green in the valley of river Po, this young artist only uses a total of maybe 20 colours! The vivid line art is placed onto a shining white background and it is ALIVE!
